Welcome to Water’s Edge UMC! Please take a moment to let us know that you are here by recording your attendance on the blue clipboards in the pews. We are so glad you are here!
We would love to pray with you and for you! Please fill out one of our prayer requests and leave it in one of the baskets located at both the front and rear of the sanctuary. Prayer requests are located on the attendance clipboards and in the foyer.
All 3rd grade or older are invited to participate in a Youth Christmas Choir that will sing for our Dec. 10 service. We will have 2 rehearsals for this, immediately following services on 11/26 and 12/3 that will last approximately 30 minutes each. Contact tommi@watersedgeumc.org with any questions.
Ladies Who Lunch meets next on Tuesday, November 28 at noon at The Wheel Kitchen Cafe at 1905 Longmire Rd. Come enjoy a wonderful meal while getting to know other women in our congregation!
There will be a Candlelight Prayer Service on Tuesday, December 12 at 7:00 PM in the St. James sanctuary. Join us as we break away from the hustle and bustle of the holiday season to pray with one another and take a moment to prepare for the birth of the Christ child.
Save the Date! Saturday, December 23rd from 9:00 AM-11:00 AM Water’s Edge will be making and serving Breakfast in the Park in coordination with Compassion United to over 120 people who are unhoused. Sign ups are live on the newsletter and at watersedgeumc.org.
Gifts to Water’s Edge UMC can be given by cash or check in the baskets located around the sanctuary. Online and recurring giving is available by clicking here. Thank you for your gifts and support of WEUMC.

God With Us
You’ve come to bring peace, to be love, to be nearer to us
You’ve come to bring life, to be light, to shine brighter in us
Oh, Emmanuel, God with us
Our Deliverer, you are Savior. In Your presence we find our strength
Over everything, our redemption, God with us, you are God with us
You’ve come to be hope to this world for Your honor and name
You’ve come to take sin, to bear shame and to conquer the grave
You are here and you are holy
We are standing in Your glory (Lord)

O Come, O Come Emmanuel
O come, O come, Emmanuel and ransom captive Israel
That mourns in lonely exile here until the Son of God appear
Chorus
Rejoice! Rejoice! Emmanuel shall come to thee, O Israel
O come, O come, Thou Lord of might who to Thy tribes, on Sinai’s height
In ancient times didst give the law, in cloud, and majesty and awe
O come, Thou Rod of Jesse, free thine own from Satan’s tyranny
From depths of hell Thy people save and give them victory o’er the grave

The Lord’s Supper
Come Lord Jesus (Even So Come)
All of creation, all of the Earth
Make straight a highway, a path for the Lord
Jesus is coming soon
Call back the sinner, wake up the saint
Let every nation, shout of Your fame
Jesus is coming soon
Like a bride waiting for her groom
We’ll be a church ready for You
Every heart longing for our King
We sing
Even so come, Lord Jesus come
Even so come, Lord Jesus come
There will be justice, all will be new
Your name forever, faithful and true
Jesus is coming soon
So we wait, we wait for you, God we wait, you’re coming soon
So we wait, we wait for you, God we wait, you’re coming soon
